These 2 minute drawings i did on photoshop using posemaniacs as reference, whilst timing myself. With these i tried to get the basic body shape drawn out with some more detail such as actual muscle outline.
Here are a couple of slightly longer 1 min poses, using the same technique as before but now trying to get a few more lines down to start defining the shape of some limbs.
Here are the quickest sketches that i have produced - 30seconds. In these, rather than going for detail i have simply attempted to put across the lines of action whilst trying to also get a sense of weight and some shape.
